개인정보처리방침

Phone Habit Privacy Policy

폰습관은 다른 앱의 사용 기록을 기기 안에서만 계산하며 광고 요청에 전달하지 않습니다. 설치·실행 분석과 광고가 처리하는 정보는 아래에서 구분해 설명합니다.

1. 적용 범위

이 방침은 JC Studio가 제공하는 Android 앱 폰습관(Phone Habit) (패키지명: com.jcstudio.phonehabit)에 적용됩니다.

2. 기기에서 처리하는 정보

앱은 선택한 기능을 제공하기 위해 다음 정보를 사용자의 기기 안에서 처리합니다.

실행 가능한 앱의 이름과 패키지 식별자
앱 사용 시각, 화면 전환 시각, 사용 기록 범위
사용자가 선택적으로 알림 접근을 허용한 경우, 미디어 재생 앱의 패키지 식별자와 재생 상태 및 시간
온보딩 완료 여부와 앱 안에서 선택한 설정

위 정보는 사용 시간 계산, 앱별 통계 표시, 오래 사용하지 않은 앱 정리 보조, 실제 미디어 재생 시간 표시를 위해서만 사용됩니다.

3. 처리하지 않는 정보

폰습관은 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, GPS 위치, 사진, 파일, 메시지·알림 본문, 노래나 동영상 제목, 미디어 내용, 검색·웹 방문 기록을 직접 수집하거나 읽지 않습니다. 광고 기능이 켜진 버전에서 Google Mobile Ads가 IP 주소로 대략적인 위치를 추정할 수 있는 처리 내용은 아래에 별도로 설명합니다.

4. 전송·공유·판매

다른 앱의 사용 기록과 미디어 재생 기록은 서버나 제3자에게 전송하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 설치·실행 분석 기능이 포함된 버전에서는 앱의 이용 규모를 확인하기 위해 아래의 최소 정보만 별도로 HTTPS 전송합니다. 이 기능이 없는 이전 버전은 분석 정보를 전송하지 않습니다.

Supabase를 분석 처리·저장에 사용하며 운영자 전용 Telegram 봇에는 앱별 집계 결과를 표시합니다. 분석 테이블은 공개 접근을 차단합니다. 다른 앱의 패키지명, 사용 시간, 미디어 정보, 광고 ID와 Android ID는 자체 분석에 사용하지 않습니다. 계정 시스템과 별도 제3자 분석 SDK는 없습니다.

1.0.7 버전부터 무료 사용자에게 Google AdMob 광고(배너·전면)를 표시합니다. 폰습관은 Plus 구독 상태를 확인하고 Google 동의 도구(UMP)가 광고 요청을 허용한 경우에만 광고를 준비하거나 표시합니다. 1.0.6 이하 버전은 광고 SDK를 초기화하거나 광고를 요청·표시하지 않습니다. 무료 사용자에게는 오늘·캘린더·통계·정리 화면의 하단 탭 위에 배너 광고를 표시합니다. 배너가 로드되지 않으면 빈 광고 자리를 남기지 않습니다. 전면광고는 앱 삭제가 실제 완료된 뒤 또는 서로 다른 캘린더 날짜 상세 3개를 보고 닫은 뒤에만 후보가 됩니다. 첫 유효 동작은 면제하고 4시간에 1회, 최근 24시간 4회, 앱 세션 2회로 제한하며, 광고가 미리 준비되지 않으면 즉시 건너뜁니다.

Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공·측정과 부정 이용 방지를 위해 광고 ID·앱 세트 ID 등 기기 식별자, IP 주소와 이로부터 추정한 대략적인 위치, 광고 노출·클릭 등 광고 상호작용, 앱·SDK 성능과 진단 정보를 수집·처리하며, 이 정보는 Google과 공유될 수 있습니다. 유럽경제지역·영국 등 동의가 필요한 지역에서는 UMP로 맞춤 광고 동의를 묻고, 동의하지 않으면 비맞춤 광고만 요청합니다. 폰습관은 다른 앱의 목록·사용 시간·미디어 재생 기록을 광고 요청에 전달하지 않습니다. 광고 개인정보 선택 창이 필요한 사용자에게는 앱의 정리 화면에서 해당 창을 다시 열 수 있는 버튼을 제공합니다. 자세한 Google의 처리 내용은 Google 광고 기술 안내와 Google Mobile Ads 데이터 공개 안내를 참고할 수 있습니다.

Plus는 구독이 활성인 동안 광고를 제거하는 선택형 월간 자동 갱신 구독입니다. RevenueCat은 혜택 부여와 구매 복원을 위해 익명 앱 사용자 ID와 구매·구독 상태를 처리하며, Google Play는 결제와 청구 정보를 처리합니다. 폰습관은 전체 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다. 앱 삭제만으로 구독이 해지되지는 않으며 구독 관리는 Google Play에서 할 수 있습니다.

5. Android 접근 권한

인터넷: 분석 기능이 포함된 버전에서 위의 최소 설치·실행 정보를 HTTPS로 전송하고, Google Mobile Ads의 동의 확인과 광고 요청, Plus 구독 확인에 사용합니다.
사용정보 접근: 앱별 사용 시간을 계산하고 마지막 사용 시각을 표시합니다.
알림 접근(선택): 실제 미디어 재생 여부와 시간을 확인합니다. 알림 본문과 미디어 메타데이터는 읽거나 저장하지 않습니다.
앱 삭제 요청: 정리 화면에서 Android의 삭제 확인 화면을 엽니다. 앱이 다른 앱을 자동으로 삭제하지 않습니다.
결제: Google Play에서 Plus 구독을 구매·복원합니다.
저장소 읽기·쓰기, 다른 앱 위에 표시: 앱 구성 요소에 선언되어 있으나 폰습관은 사진·파일을 읽거나 다른 앱 위에 화면을 띄우는 기능을 사용하지 않으며 이 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.

사용정보 접근과 알림 접근은 Android 설정에서 언제든 해제할 수 있습니다.

6. 서비스 제공업체와 국외 이전

앱 기능에 필요한 범위에서 다음 제공업체가 정보를 처리하며, 그 과정에서 정보가 이용자의 거주 국가 밖(미국 등)으로 이전·처리될 수 있습니다. 이전 시점·방법은 모두 해당 기능을 쓸 때마다 암호화 통신(HTTPS)으로 전송하는 방식입니다. 다른 앱의 사용 기록과 미디어 재생 기록은 이전하지 않습니다.

Google LLC (미국, 개인정보 문의 양식) — AdMob·Google Play: 이전 항목은 4항의 기기 식별자, IP 주소·대략적 위치, 광고 상호작용, 진단 정보와 구독 결제 정보이며, 무료 사용자에게 광고를 준비·표시할 때와 구독을 결제할 때 전송됩니다. 목적은 광고 제공·측정·부정 이용 방지와 결제이며, 보관은 Google의 각 서비스 정책을 따릅니다.
RevenueCat, Inc. (미국, privacy@revenuecat.com): 이전 항목은 익명 앱 사용자 ID와 구매·구독 상태이며, Plus 상태를 확인하거나 구매·복원할 때 전송됩니다. 목적은 Plus 혜택 부여와 구매 복원이며, 보관은 RevenueCat 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
Supabase, Inc. (미국, 데이터베이스는 한국 서울 리전, privacy@supabase.io): 이전 항목은 4항의 설치·실행 정보이며, 앱을 실행할 때 전송됩니다. 목적은 이용 규모 집계이며, 전 세계로 라우팅되는 API와 서비스 운영 과정에서 국외 처리가 발생할 수 있습니다. 보관은 7항을 따릅니다.
Cloudflare, Inc. (미국, privacyquestions@cloudflare.com): 이 방침 웹페이지의 전달과 보안. 방문할 때 IP 주소, 요청 주소·시각, 브라우저 정보가 처리될 수 있으며 보관은 Cloudflare 정책을 따릅니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으면 앱 사용을 중단하고 삭제할 수 있습니다. 광고 표시에 필요한 전송을 거부하면 무료 이용이 제한될 수 있으며, Plus 구독 중에는 광고를 준비하거나 표시하지 않습니다(4항).

7. 보관과 삭제

다른 앱의 사용 기록과 미디어 재생 기록은 Android가 보호하는 앱 전용 저장 공간의 로컬 데이터베이스에만 보관됩니다. 앱 데이터를 지우거나 폰습관을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. Android 클라우드 백업은 사용하지 않습니다.

앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 기기의 무작위 설치 식별자도 삭제됩니다. 서버에 이미 기록된 분석 정보는 자동 삭제되지 않습니다. 현재 자동 만료 기간은 설정되어 있지 않으며 운영자가 통계 기록을 정리할 때 삭제합니다. 무작위 설치 식별자를 이름·연락처와 연결하지 않으므로 문의만으로 특정 설치의 기록을 식별하기 어려울 수 있습니다. 정보 처리·삭제에 관한 문의는 아래 연락처로 접수합니다.

8. 아동의 개인정보

폰습관은 일반적인 기기 사용 관리 도구이며 아동을 특별히 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

English summary

Phone Habit processes app usage timestamps, launcher-app identifiers, and—only when optional Notification Access is enabled—media playback package identifiers, playback state, and timing. This information is used solely on the device to calculate usage, show statistics, identify apps that have not been used recently, and display actual media playback time.

The app does not transmit, share, or sell other apps' usage or media playback records, and it has no separate third-party analytics SDK or account system. Since version 1.0.7, free users see Google AdMob ads (banner and interstitial), only after Phone Habit has checked Plus status and Google's UMP allows ad requests. Versions 1.0.6 and earlier do not initialize the ad SDK or request or show ads. Free users see a banner above the bottom tabs on the Today, Calendar, Stats and Clean screens. No empty banner space is kept if an ad does not load. An interstitial is considered only after an uninstall is confirmed as complete or after three distinct calendar date details have been viewed and closed. The first qualifying action is exempt; ads are limited to one per four hours, four per rolling 24 hours and two per app session, and are skipped immediately when not preloaded. The Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and processes device identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID, IP address and approximate location derived from it, ad interactions, and app/SDK performance and diagnostic data for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention, and this data may be shared with Google. Where consent is required (e.g. EEA/UK), UMP asks for it; without consent only non-personalized ads are requested. See How Google uses information from apps. Phone Habit does not pass other apps' lists, usage time or media playback records into ad requests. When required, users can reopen Google's ad privacy choices from the Clean screen. Plus is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription that removes ads while active. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user ID and purchase/subscription status to grant and restore Plus, while Google Play processes payment and billing data. Phone Habit does not receive full card details. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription; it can be managed in Google Play. The app does not read notification text, media titles, audio, GPS location, photos, files, or browsing history. Local data is removed when the user clears app data or uninstalls the app. Local records are stored in Android's protected, app-specific storage, and Android cloud backup is disabled.

Versions with launch analytics send random installation/event IDs, the Android platform, Phone Habit's own version/build number and device language/region settings over HTTPS to Supabase. The server records first/last activity and daily launch counts. Locale region is not GPS or physical location. Earlier versions without this feature send no analytics. Phone Habit's launch analytics does not use advertising IDs or Android IDs. Supabase provides analytics processing and storage, and the operator's Telegram bot displays aggregate statistics.

Clearing app data or uninstalling removes the local installation ID but does not automatically erase analytics already on the server. There is no automatic expiration schedule; the operator deletes records when cleaning up statistics. Random installation IDs are not linked to names or contact details, so an inquiry alone may not identify a particular installation's records.

International transfers: Google LLC (USA; privacy contact form; ads when they are loaded for free users, and billing when you pay), RevenueCat, Inc. (USA; privacy@revenuecat.com; subscription status when Plus is checked, purchased or restored), Supabase, Inc. (USA; privacy@supabase.io; database in the Seoul region, with globally routed processing possible; launch analytics when the app starts) and Cloudflare, Inc. (USA; privacyquestions@cloudflare.com; this web page when you visit it) process the data described above over HTTPS each time the relevant feature is used, outside your country (e.g. the United States). Retention follows each provider's policy and the section above. If you do not want these transfers, you can stop using and uninstall the app. Refusing the transfers needed to show ads may limit free use; no ads are prepared or shown while Plus is active.
