1. 서비스

폰습관(Phone Habit)은 Android 기기의 앱 사용 시간과 통계를 표시하고, 선택적 미디어 재생 시간 확인 및 오래 사용하지 않은 앱의 정리를 돕는 도구입니다. 계정 없이 기본 기능을 무료로 사용할 수 있고, 선택형 Plus 월간 구독을 제공합니다. 광고 기능이 켜진 무료 버전에서는 아래 제한형 광고를 사용할 수 있습니다.

2. 권한과 사용자 선택

사용정보 접근은 사용 시간 계산에, 선택적 알림 접근은 실제 미디어 재생 시간 확인에 사용합니다. 이 접근 권한은 Android 설정에서 해제할 수 있습니다. 앱 정리는 Android의 삭제 확인 화면을 열며, 최종 삭제 여부는 사용자가 결정합니다.

3. 기록과 기능의 한계

기기·Android 버전·제조사 설정과 사용자가 허용한 접근 권한에 따라 제공되는 기록과 계산 결과가 달라질 수 있습니다. 앱의 통계는 개인의 기기 사용을 이해하기 위한 참고 정보입니다. 앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 앱 전용 로컬 기록이 삭제되며 클라우드 백업은 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 정보 처리

다른 앱의 사용 기록과 미디어 재생 기록은 기기 안에서 처리합니다. 분석 기능이 포함된 버전은 설치·실행 규모를 확인하기 위한 최소 정보를 전송합니다. 분석 통신 실패가 로컬 사용 시간 기능을 제한하지 않습니다. 수집 항목과 보관·삭제 범위는 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 분석 기능이 없는 이전 버전은 해당 정보를 전송하지 않습니다.

5. 광고

광고를 켠 무료 버전에서는 Google 동의 도구가 광고 요청을 허용할 때 오늘·캘린더·통계·정리 화면의 하단 탭 위에 배너 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 배너가 로드되지 않으면 빈 광고 자리를 남기지 않습니다. 전면광고는 앱 삭제가 실제 완료된 뒤 또는 서로 다른 캘린더 날짜 상세 3개를 확인하고 닫은 뒤에만 시도합니다. 첫 유효 동작은 면제하고 4시간에 1회, 최근 24시간 4회, 앱 세션 2회로 제한합니다. 광고가 준비되지 않았거나 동의·네트워크·저장소 처리가 실패하면 기다리지 않고 건너뜁니다. 취소된 앱 삭제나 콘텐츠를 보기 전에는 전면광고를 표시하지 않습니다.

6. Plus 구독

Plus는 구독이 활성인 동안 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 구매 전 Google Play에 표시되는 지역별 가격이 적용되며, 갱신 전에 Google Play에서 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신됩니다. 해지하면 이후 갱신이 중단되고 이미 결제한 기간까지 혜택을 이용할 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제만으로 구독이 해지되지는 않습니다. 결제·해지·환불은 Google Play 약관과 적용 법령을 따르며 앱에서 구매 복원을 제공합니다.

7. 결제와 환불

유료 기능은 Google Play 결제로 판매하며, 환불은 Google Play 환불 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
구매 후 48시간이 지났거나 Google Play에서 환불되지 않으면 whdcjf8172@gmail.com으로 주문 번호(GPA.로 시작)와 함께 요청해 주세요.
결제 즉시 제공되는 디지털 기능은 사용을 시작한 뒤에는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항에 따라 청약철회가 제한됩니다. 다만 기능이 정상적으로 제공되지 않거나 설명과 다른 경우에는 환불해 드립니다.
정기 구독은 Google Play 구독 관리에서 언제든 해지할 수 있으며, 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 이용할 수 있습니다.

8. 변경과 문의

기능과 정보 처리 방식이 바뀌면 관련 안내와 시행일을 갱신합니다. 문의는 폰습관 GitHub 이슈에서 접수합니다. 공개 이슈에는 민감한 개인 기록이나 비밀값을 올리지 마세요.

Effective September 23, 2026. Phone Habit helps you understand Android app usage, optional media playback time and apps you have not used recently. Core features work without an account. The optional auto-renewing Plus monthly subscription removes ads while active. Google Play shows the applicable regional price before purchase. It renews unless canceled in Google Play before renewal; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues for the paid period. Uninstalling does not cancel the subscription. Billing, cancellation and refunds follow Google Play terms and applicable law, and purchases can be restored in the app. Ad-enabled free versions may show a banner above the bottom tabs on the Today, Calendar, Stats and Clean screens when Google's consent tool allows ad requests; an unloaded banner leaves no empty space. A limited interstitial may be attempted after a completed uninstall or after closing the third distinct calendar date detail, subject to a first-action exemption, a four-hour cooldown, four per rolling 24 hours and two per app session. An unavailable interstitial is skipped immediately. Usage Access and optional Notification Access can be revoked in Android Settings. App removal always requires the user's Android confirmation.

Records may vary by device, Android version, settings and permissions. Local records are removed when app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled; no cloud backup is provided. Versions with launch analytics send the minimal information described in the Privacy Policy. Other apps' usage and media playback records stay on the device. Analytics network failures do not restrict local usage statistics. Earlier versions without analytics do not send it.

Payments and refunds (updated October 13, 2026): Paid features are sold through Google Play billing, and refunds follow the Google Play refund policy. If more than 48 hours have passed since the purchase, or Google Play does not issue a refund, email whdcjf8172@gmail.com with your order number (it starts with GPA.). For digital features delivered immediately upon payment, withdrawal from the purchase is restricted once you start using them, under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce; however, if a feature is not delivered properly or differs from its description, we will refund you. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time in Google Play subscription management, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
